New Items in Edinburgh Shop

At Paulin we love to support and encourage local makers and designers. We’ve been stocking our friends Risotto, Trakke and Soizig Carey at our Glasgow store for a while now and we thought we’d bring some new exciting Scottish brands into the fold at our Stockbridge store.

Meet our three new brands, Studio Emma, Laura Spring and Beth Lamont:

Studio Emma was created by Scottish artist Emma McDowall after she discovered her love of concrete. Each product is created in her studio here in Edinburgh and is completely unique in its colour, texture and design, with many pieces still moulded using found or recycled materials.

Laura Spring is a textile designer/maker living and working in Glasgow creating bold graphic print designs that are transformed through screen and digital print into fashion accessories, homeware and stationery.  With a passion for colour, print, pattern and process, Laura creates covetable annual collections of functional yet vibrant homewares and accessories.
Laura is committed to supporting ethical methods of production in the creation of her work and works closely with all her suppliers.

Beth Lamont is a ceramic jewellery and accessories Designer/Maker based here in Edinburgh who is inspired by the clean form and feel of ceramics. She uses a parian porcelain ceramic material in a slip casting process creating shapes from hand carved forms.
Her jewellery collections bring striking simplicity to an outfit, with little splashes of colour added through rope or glazing. She designs jewellery collections with the intention of creating pieces that stand out and make a statement about the wearer and their individual style.
